CJAH Hearts for Homes is dedicated to supporting individuals facing hardships, including homelessness, disabilities, domestic violence, and trauma. Our transitional housing program helps them reclaim their independence and rebuild their lives. Potential residents must be independent in all aspects of self-care or require minimal assistance with activities of daily living. Our shared living model helps support residents who have low income.
